Cloud Solar uses the 2G GSM network to send data to our servers. We can provide a global SIM card which connects to the strongest available 2G network. Most networks are partners with the global SIM provider but please check with us to make sure the networks in your area are compatible.
Using a global SIM card allows Inclusive Energy to discover and rectify faults as we are able to see network registration issues. These SIM cards incur a cost which you will be charged for. Please contact us for specific data costs.
You may provide your own SIM card but it is your responsibility to ensure data packs or credit is kept up to date in the SIM cards and you will incur the costs for data and maintenance.
