Who owns the data, and what are data privacy policies?

Although Inclusive Energy manages the data on our cloud server, you are the owner of the data as a biogas company. In that respect, you are therefore responsible for the substantive accuracy of your customer data.

All your data is stored in our central database. Your company has exclusive access to this data with the Smart Biogas application we provide you. Inclusive Energy also has access to this data. We handle this with the utmost confidentiality and will only access this data at your request or improve the service we offer you.
