Diagnosis

In the 'device' section for each customer, there is a diagnosis tool. If the device is operating as it should be this will automatically be set to 'None'

If there has been no activity from the device for 24 hours, it will automatically be set to 'To be investigated'. You can then change the status for your records, and for the information of your colleagues, to indicate whether it is a known issue or not.
