How to replace a Smart Biogas device
In field operations, there may be situations where a Smart Biogas device needs to be replaced due to technical issues, upgrades, or troubleshooting requirements. In such cases, it is essential to update the new Device ID correctly in the Smart Biogas Dashboard to ensure continuous data monitoring and accurate reporting.
1. Login to Smart Biogas Dashboard.
2. Search the old Device ID.
3. Open the device Details.
4. Click Smart Meter Edit.
5. Remove the old Device .
6. Add the new Device ID.
7. Click Save / Update.
8. Refresh and check Last Seen / Data
