Signing Up

To access the Smart Biogas platform, you must first purchase a Smart Biogas smart meter. If you haven’t done so, you can buy one by filling out this form.

Once your purchase is complete, the Inclusive Energy team will contact you with setup instructions. You will receive an email inviting you to:

  • Accept the terms and conditions

  • Set up your team and its members

  • Gain access to the platform

Alternatively, if you are part of an organisation who already have access to Smart Biogas, ask your administrator to add you on the team management page.

If you haven’t received the sign-up email, please get in touch with the Inclusive Energy team via the support page.


Logging In

  • First-time login instructions are sent via email.

  • You can log in using your email credentials or via social login (as long as the email ID matches your registered account).

  • For quick access, bookmark and log in from this link.
