Managing Biogas Systems – In-Depth Guide
The Systems page provides tools to efficiently manage all registered biogas systems.
1. Viewing Biogas Systems
All registered biogas systems are displayed in a table format, allowing users to:
See system details at a glance
Scroll through the list of existing systems
Access relevant information like system status, location, and assigned users
2. Searching and Filtering Biogas system
To quickly find specific biogas systems, users can:
Use the search bar to locate a system by name or other key details
Apply filters to refine the list based on criteria like status, groups, or digester
3. Adding a New Biogas System
Users can register a new biogas system by clicking the "Add a new System" button. The process typically includes:
Entering system details (e.g., name, location, customer)
Registering the associated Smart Biogas meter
Linking appliances and customers to the system
Adding Biogas system to groups

4. Deleting Biogas Systems
To delete a Biogas System, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Systems page and select the specific Biogas System you want to delete.
On the system’s detail screen, click the "Delete System" button.
Confirm the action when prompted.
When a system is deleted:
The components—Smart Meter, Customer, Digester, and Appliances—are disassociated but not removed. They remain accessible in their respective sections and can be reused or reassigned.
System Data and Analytics associated with the deleted Biogas System are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
This ensures key components are retained while clearing historical data specific to the system.
