Pending Change

Pending Change

If the load status of a device is pending change, this means that the load has been requested to turn off or on but the change hasn't been affected yet.

There are a couple of reasons why this could be:

  1.  The device only checks for a change in status periodically (depending on your data sending frequency). The next time the device connects, it will change and you will see the update in the platform
  2. The device does not have connectivity at all. If this is the case, the load state will not change until it re-gains connectivity
