If the load status of a device is pending change, this means that the load has been requested to turn off or on but the change hasn't been affected yet.
There are a couple of reasons why this could be:
- The device only checks for a change in status periodically (depending on your data sending frequency). The next time the device connects, it will change and you will see the update in the platform
- The device does not have connectivity at all. If this is the case, the load state will not change until it re-gains connectivity
