Register a new Customer

 

Smart meters must be added to the web app; you can register new customers and meters on the web app. To register a new device, follow the steps in our installation manual.

 

What are the total digester volume and digester biogas capacity? 

• Total digester volume
  This is the volume of your digester, including both the slurry capacity and the gas holding capacity.

• Digester gas holding capacity
  This is the gas holding capacity of your digester only.

Clarifying this will allow us to progress with some features that are available on the Smartbiogas. While neither of these figures is mandatory, to have full access to future features we ask you to complete both figures on the registration form
