Replacing a Device

If you need to chance a customer's Cloud Solar device, then you can update this information on the platform.

Click on the customer from the Customers table and click the edit icon in the User widget. You will be directed to the Registration Form where the Cloud Solar Device ID can be updated.

Note that the user's energy related data will be lost, so make sure to download this first.
