Reports are available on the customer's page; On the reporting tab, you can select the date you are interested in for the report. You can select all or multiple customers and apply filters to search for specific customers or labels. The reports button in the top right will allow you to select which type of report you would like to download. The data is exported as a CSV file.

Daily Consumption Report

For the selected date range, you can get the daily biogas consumption for each customer. Each row of the report represents a day (00:00 to 00:00 in your local time) for a particular customer. 

Top tip: Open the CSV file in Excel and select all the data. Create a pivot table in a new sheet. Select Device ID as the ‘rows,’ Date as the ‘columns’, and Consumption m3 as the ‘Values’ to produce an easy-to-use table.

Statistics Report

The statistics report outputs the following columns for the selected digesters over the time range:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Device ID

• Digester Type

• Digester Volume

• Digester Capacity m3

• Labels

• Min Pressure

• Max Pressure

• Min Flow

• Max Flow

• Total Gas Consumption

• Aggregate Consumption Correction

• Average Daily Consumption

• Lowest Daily Consumption

• Highest Daily Consumption

Note that when downloading a large dataset for a large time period and a high number of devices, it may take some time to download.
