Status

Status

Status in the Customers table indicates the current status of the load output.

"Enabled" means that the load output is working as it should and the customer's appliances should be working.

"Disabled" means that the load output is not available either because the user has run out of credit or because it has been manually disabled from the dashboard.

If there are any faults detected such as a short circuit. The status will display "Disabled" along with the issue. Refer to the Trouble shooting page for detailed information on faults.

Next to the status, there are a variety of symbols:

Enabled-icon-04.png Load is enabled

Disabled-icon-05.png Load is disabled

Pending-disable-icon-03.png Load is enabled and is pending change to be disabled - See the Pending Change article

Pending-enable-icon-02.png Load is disabled and is pending change to be enabled - See the Pending Change article

No-connection-icon-01.png Status has not been updated for more than 24 hours (connectivity issue)
