What is the team management feature?

Smart Biogas gives you the ability to manage your team’s access to the platform with various levels or access, as follows:

• Administrators have the highest level of access and can view and edit customers and organisation information. 
• Technicians can view and edit customer details but can’t access organisation details or add other team members.
• Observers can view customer information, but cannot edit anything

How do I add team members?

On the My Organisation page, in the team section, one can add a new team member and assign the user type and department; a team member will have a separate username and password to log in.
