Team Members

Team Members

In the team section under My Organisation, you can add new members of your team and give them one of the following roles:
  • Admin
  • Technician
  • Observer

This will allow your colleagues to access the Cloud Solar software using their own login.

Observers can do the following:

  • View all customers
  • View and download each customer's energy data
  • View and download each customer's payment data
  • Edit their own profile

Technicians can do all this plus the following:

  • Add new customers
  • Edit customers' information
  • Enable or disable a device
  • View the organisation details
  • View customer notifications
  • Be assigned to a customer as their technician

Admins can do everything a technician can do as well as:

  • Edit a customers' payment plan
  • Create new payment plans
  • Add new team members
  • Edit team members
  • Edit the organisation's details

An admin can change the role of a team member. If a team member is being changed to an Observer, it is advised to first make sure they are not assigned to any customers as a technician.

Coming soon: We will be adding support for sales agents.
