In the team section under My Organisation, you can add new members of your team and give them one of the following roles:
Admin
Technician
Observer
This will allow your colleagues to access the Cloud Solar software using their own login.
Observers can do the following:
View all customers
View and download each customer's energy data
View and download each customer's payment data
Edit their own profile
Technicians can do all this plus the following:
Add new customers
Edit customers' information
Enable or disable a device
View the organisation details
View customer notifications
Be assigned to a customer as their technician
Admins can do everything a technician can do as well as:
Edit a customers' payment plan
Create new payment plans
Add new team members
Edit team members
Edit the organisation's details
An admin can change the role of a team member. If a team member is being changed to an Observer, it is advised to first make sure they are not assigned to any customers as a technician.
