Introduction 

Each of your customers can have a timeline. This is a place where information relevant to the customer can be saved for future reference, or be shared with others in your team. You can upload files with your comments too. We think this will be most useful during installation or repairs – you can record what you find and upload photos to demonstrate a problem or an installation. We’re keen to see how you use this! You can find this feature on each customer’s page, as a new tab at the top of the screen.
